# Stewardship Review Stewardship Review is not quality assurance, not product approval, not code review. It is the constitutional discipline used to determine whether a capability genuinely fulfills the responsibilities of stewardship. ## Founding principle > A capability is complete only when it fulfills its stewardship > responsibilities. Completion is measured by responsibility, not > implementation. ## What a review asks > Does this experience leave people more capable than when they > arrived? ## The review is a conversation Reviews exist to strengthen the work — never to judge the people who created it. A review is collaborative. Reviews themselves must protect attention. ## AI relationship - AI may prepare evidence. - AI may organize findings. - AI may identify missing context. - **AI may never determine whether stewardship has been achieved.** Enforced in code by `actorMayConclude()` and by the validation check `human-reviewer-required-to-conclude`. ## Location - Modules: `src/platform/stewardship/review/` - Tests: `src/test/stewardship-review.test.ts` - Docs: `docs/hsg/review-*.md`
