Standing principles of every Stewardship Review. Ratified with the discipline; frozen thereafter. See src/platform/stewardship/review/review-principles.ts.

    1. Responsibility, not implementation. Completion is measured by responsibility fulfilled, not by implementation shipped.
    2. Strengthen the work. The review exists to strengthen the work, never to judge the people who created it.
    3. Human judgment is final. AI may assist; AI may not conclude.
    4. Protect dignity. The review protects the dignity of everyone involved — the people the work serves and the people who built it.
    5. Protect attention. The review itself must not become an attention trap.
    6. Preserve context and rationale. The review preserves what the work already knows; it does not require it to be reconstructed.
    7. Never measure popularity. Popularity, engagement, retention, growth, time spent, virality, competition, and attention capture are never stewardship measures.
    8. Universally applicable. A review applies to any capability that stewards human understanding.
